The Lansing Community Council will be holding a fireworks celebration on July 2, 2011 starting at 6pm in Myers Park in Lansing, NY. The event will feature Backtalk Band at 6pm and The Dixiecats at 8pm, and hamburgers, hot dogs, and sausage will be available. Tops will be providing food for the evening. Fireworks at 10pm!
North Log Cabin You can help us restore the oldest log cabin in Tompkins and Cayuga Counties. This cabin was originally built in 1791 near the corner of Conlon and Searles Roads in Lansing. After spending 50 years at the Cayuga Museum in Auburn, it has returned home to Lansing and we plan to reassemble it this summer. Click here for details on how you can help make this happen. |
